Our team is made up of like-minded individuals who love nothing better than to enjoy a few cold beers (or cider!) and talk tech! We have a shared vision to make humains du code<\/strong> a really great organisation where IT professionals can come together, collaborate and learn from each other.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

“My name is Debi Skea, and I am a recovering career changer. After 19 thankless years working in retail management, in 2018 I retrained as a Software Developer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking back, this was without a doubt, the best (and most terrifying!) thing I\u02bcve ever done as it has completely changed my life for the better. However, the transition from knowing my job inside out, to the uncertainty of retraining and not knowing if I\u02bcd be able to find employment afterwards was a massive struggle both mentally and emotionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m very openly neurodivergent, and I’m incredibly proud to be a Mental Health & Suicide First Aider, and a passionate advocate for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nothing motivates me more than finding opportunities to make positive, lasting change for others, and that\u2019s my hope for humains du code<\/strong> – to bring together like-minded people who want to be part of something special.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
